  What size mold can you build?

Moulds up to length 1.5- 2 m and weight 10-15 ton.

  How many molds can you build per year and how many for exported?

A yearly output of more than 600 sets mold and above 70 % are for exported.

  What type of CAD Files can we accept and what type of software do you use？

With our many CAD systems we can accept several different types of files IGES, STEP, X_T, PRT, DXF, DWG, PDF. We use Pro/E, Unigraphics CAD/CAM. solidWorks. AutoCAD to design.

  Do you build hot runner molds?

Yes, 30% moulds we made are hot runner molds. We build hot runner molds and are familiar with many different systems such as DME, Mold Master, Mastertip, Hasco, Yudo Incore Synventive and Husky, etc. The manifold used for your tool is selected to meet your needs

  What steel do you usually use?

  What standard mold can you build?

We can build DME Hasco FUTABA MUD and LKM standard mold. It will be up to the requirements of the customer.
